Ingredients Cook From Frozen
- 1 pkg 3Fish Frog Legs (halves)
- 50 ml Vegetable Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 10 sprigs of Fresh Thyme
- 5 Tbsp Organic Honey
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Parsley
- Kosher Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Cooking Method
- Thaw frog legs in the refrigerator overnight. Open the package and remove the legs.
- Cut legs into halves and trim off excess bone with shears.
- Pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Coat legs with oil, kosher salt, and pepper (both sides).
- Sear legs on medium-high heat for 2 min. Once golden-brown, flip the legs to the other side. After 2 min, slip the legs and add Garlic and Thyme.
- Flip legs every 2 min, for 8-10 min, until fully cooked (cover the pan with a lid to decrease cooking time by 25%).
- Drizzle honey onto fully cooked legs, and sizzle for 2 min. Flip one last time to completely glaze the legs.
- Place legs into your desired serving dish. Drizzle legs with reduced honey from the pan.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
