Swimming Crab Stir Fry With Organic Red Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Ocean Mama Swimming Crab (halves) *Rinse frozen legs under cold water to separate (1min)
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Large White Onion
  • 2 Stalks Celery
  • 1 Fennel
  • 2 Red Pepper
  • 5 cloves Garlic (whole)
  • 1 Tbsp Organic Red Curry Paste
  • 6 Red Chili (optional)
  • 4 Green Onion (large chop-garnish)

Cooking Method

  1. Start by dicing onion, celery, green onion and red peppers in uniform dice. Wedge fennel.
  2. Heat a large pot or pan on high. Add oil and white onion. Stir fry for 2 min. Add celery and stir fry for 2 min. Add fennel and stir fry for 2 min. Add red peppers and stir fry for 2 min. Add garlic and stir fry for 2 min.
  3. Add organic red curry paste and mix well. Stir in chili peppers (optional).
  4. Add partially thawed Swimming Crab. Mix to incorporate.
  5. Cover with lid and allow Swimming Crab to steam for 5 min. Stirring once.
  6. The Swimming Crab is ready when the meat becomes white, flaky and heated throughout.
  7. Spoon into your desired serving dish. Garnish with green onion.
