Ingredients
- 1 pkg 3Fish Crawfish
- 10 chilli peppers (depending on how spicy you wish)
- 4 garlic cloves, sliced
- 2 inches fresh Ginger, peeled, sliced
- 4 Tbsp Water
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 4 Green Onion (large chop-garnish)
Cooking Method
- Defrost Crawfish by running under cold water for 5 minutes.
- In a large pot, heat up vegetable oil on medium heat.
- Add garlic, ginger and chillies and stir for 1 minute.
- Add crawfish and water and cover with a lid.
- Steam crawfish for 10 minutes, mixing them halfway through.
- If water evaporates before crawfish are heated through, add a touch more.
- Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
