Spicy Crawfish

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg 3Fish Crawfish
  • 10 chilli peppers (depending on how spicy you wish)
  • 4 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 2 inches fresh Ginger, peeled, sliced
  • 4 Tbsp Water
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Green Onion (large chop-garnish)

Cooking Method

  1. Defrost Crawfish by running under cold water for 5 minutes. 
  2. In a large pot, heat up vegetable oil on medium heat. 
  3. Add garlic, ginger and chillies and stir for 1 minute. 
  4. Add crawfish and water and cover with a lid. 
  5. Steam crawfish for 10 minutes, mixing them halfway through. 
  6. If water evaporates before crawfish are heated through, add a touch more. 
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
